Brandon W. Scarbro, 21, of Bowling Green, was cited for public urination.

2:27 a.m.

Jerry A. Shultz, 25, of Bradner, Ohio, was cited for OVI.

11:53 a.m.

Joan C. Francis-Greene, 55, of Bowling Green, was cited for OVI.

10:27 p.m.

Kristen M. Powell, 26, of Bowling Green, and Christopher W. Bell, 20, of Pemberville, were cited for drug paraphernalia at a residence within the 100 block of Ada Avenue.

10:03 a.m.

Rebecca S. Riffle, 41, of Grand Rapids, Ohio, was cited for OVI and open container in a motor vehicle, and Jeffrey G. Roberts, 57, of Bowling Green, was cited for wrongful entrustment.

6:00 p.m.

Heather L. Wright, 26, of Bowling Green, was arrested for shoplifting in Meijer.

11:20 p.m.

Haley M. Baden, 18, of Napoleon, was arrested for underage under the influence and criminal mischief.



Sunday

1:14 a.m.

Anthony C. Martin, 27, of Toledo, was cited for possession of marijuana.

1:21 a.m.

Jeffrey A. Duncan Jr., 19, of Bowling Green, was arrested for underage under the influence.

1:33 a.m.

Anton Deshawn Jackson, 32, of Bowling Green, was arrested for attempted theft at Kamikaze's bar on East Wooster.

2:15 a.m.

James R. Barringer, 32, of McComb, Ohio, was cited for open container outside of Downtown bar.



Monday

1:53 a.m.

Oscar Adrian Becerra-Marquez, 50, of Bowling Green, was arrested for criminal damaging.

10:54 p.m.

Charles R. Jones, 20, of Bowling Green, was arrested for theft at a residence within the 200 block of North Prospect.



Tuesday

1:30 a.m.

Craig L. Campbell, 22, of Strongsville, Ohio, was arrested for disorderly conduct in front of Downtown bar.

1:42 a.m.

Kyle A. Cox, 22, of Napoleon, was cited for criminal mischief after attempting to steal a novelty item from Downtown bar.

2:04 a.m.

Jeremy Robert Skiles, 37, of Bowling Green, was arrested for domestic violence and disrupting public service at a residence within the 300 block of South Church St.

2:49 a.m.

Michael J. Gibson, 28, of Bowling Green, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

Why OVI instead of DUI? Is this somehow different? What is the difference?
